How can I pay my order?

You can pay with Paypal, ApplePay and creditcard.

Are you shipping worldwide?

If you can`t find your country in the shipping list, we are doing our best to make a shipping to your country possible. Please write us an email regarding your concern at support@motoism-customs.com.

Can I change my order?

Just drop us an email as soon as possible and we will let you know whether your package is already on the way. If so we would like to ask you to cancel your order and place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Something went wrong and you would like to cancel your order? No problem. Just drop us a email and we will let you know whether we could stop your parcel in house or you need to send it back.

Can I return my order?

You are not happy with your product or you ordered the wrong size? No problem. You can return your order by sending it back to us within 14 days after you reveived it. Please note that the order must be in unused resellable condition to get the full refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. If you place an order above 50€ the shipping within Europe is always free.

Do you offer motorcycle parts?

Along with the manufacturing of our limited edition bikes we are developing a range of high end custom parts. Please feel free to write us an email with your request at sales@motoism-customs.com.

Are the Motoism bikes for sale?

Yes! We are building the Motoism bikes in a limited edition series. If you are interested in purchasing a limited edition bike please use the contact form or write us an email at sales@motoism-customs.com.
