How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, purchase on account, Apple Pay, Google Pay. When paying by credit card, the charge is made immediately after the order is completed. Purchase on account via our partner Klarna.


How long does delivery take?

The majority of orders reach our customers in Germany within a few working days. The exact delivery time can be found in the product description. Shipping is exclusively via DHL and Deutsche Post.

We send all international packages with DHL Premium so that they get to you as quickly as possible. You can find the exact shipping time for international shipping here: DHL Paket International

Shipments outside the EU may experience unscheduled delays due to customs clearance.


Can I exchange or return my order if I don't like it?

You can exchange or return the items you have ordered from us within 14 days without giving a reason.

Customer support will process your request and provide you with a DHL label for return shipping within Germany.


Where are MOTOISM items manufactured?

The majority of our items are made in Germany. Excluded from this are some electronic components such as LED modules. You can find more information about the origin in the respective item description.


Where does MOTOISM deliver?

MOTOISM delivers worldwide. This does not apply to countries in which postal delivery is not possible.
